Transparent Dedicated-Drive Pricing
The public estimator charges only for the route from the applicable dispatch base to pickup and then directly to delivery: dispatch base → pickup → delivery. Regular routes position from our headquarters in Welland, Ontario. Northern Ontario–to–Northern Ontario trips scheduled for October 1 or later position from Sturgeon Falls. The return drive after delivery is not charged. The standard estimate is calculated so an eligible first-time customer can receive 25% off, and there is no minimum trip charge.
The estimate includes positioning from the applicable dispatch base to pickup and the direct drive from pickup to delivery.
No return charge: the drive from delivery back to the dispatch base is not included in the price.
There is no minimum trip charge. The displayed total includes 13% HST. Final pricing may change for tolls, parking, unusual waiting time, special handling, route changes or circumstances that are not captured by the planning estimator.
Eligible first-time customers receive 25% off the standard billable-route subtotal.
Eligibility is verified at booking using the customer contact information. The discount is applied before 13% HST.

The 1,400 km Limit
The estimator checks the complete operating route from the applicable base to pickup, delivery and back to the same base for service-limit purposes. Northern-to-Northern trips use Sturgeon Falls → pickup → delivery → Sturgeon Falls; all other trips use our headquarters in Welland, Ontario → pickup → delivery → Welland.
The return is shown for planning but is not charged. If the complete route exceeds 1,400 km, the website will stop the estimate and ask you to contact us for a manual review.
Our Sturgeon Falls base currently operates a sedan. Northern-to-Northern shipments must be lawful, safe, non-hazardous, suitably packaged, fit securely inside the sedan and stay within the 1,400 km complete round-trip limit.
Dispatch base → pickup → destination is billed. The return to base is shown for planning and service limits but is not charged.
